Job Description / Responsibilities

Manages general human resources and administrative operations.

Ensure timely payment of salary, allowances, incentives, and bonuses in accordance with company policy.

Conduct a manpower planning process to forecast future demand and supply.

Be responsible for recruiting, performance management, rewards and recognition, promotions, and training & development.

Planning, policies, and decisions pertaining to the administration of the company.

Keep an office environment that is congenial and positive.

Comply with all state and government regulations regarding employee benefits and personnel, including compensation, health, and medical insurance.
