Job Description / Responsibilities

◾ To ensure all support to the field, coordinate with the finance, logistics, and procurement department.
◾ Support in day-to-day administrative functions, Meet up logistics items need in the sector.
◾ Manage administrative and logistics-related contracts for purchasing goods and services.
◾ Manage supplies and stock of Skills Project.
◾ Support in preparation of admin & logistics related budget and in financial work.
◾ Prepare visitor’s schedule, and keep updated visitor’s list.
◾ Arrange camp and host community visits for visitors.
◾ Liaise with respective internal authorities, regarding transportation & accommodation for guests and delegates.
◾ Arrange and coordinate workshop & meeting of Skills Project.
◾ Ensure projects’ procurement/ purchase requisition activities in coordination with the procurement sector.
◾ Ensure Bill Voucher payment and IOU payment with maintaining proper process and compliance.
◾ Prepare regular reports on expenses and budgets.
◾ Develop, maintain and update sector databases.
◾ Organize a filing system for important and confidential sector documents.
◾ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as required.
◾ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
◾ Practice, promote the issues of safeguarding policy among team members, and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
◾ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

◾ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, conflict, and ethical management skills. Communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to collect data from multiple partners.
◾ Knowledge of Bangladeshi financial and accounting systems.
◾ Knowledge of BRAC Rules & regulations, policies, and procedures.
◾ Strong analytical and computer skills.
◾ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
◾ Effective communication and presentation skills.
◾ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
◾ Excellent influencing, negotiating, and communication skills.
◾ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
◾ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
◾ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
