Job Description / Responsibilities

➡ Switching on and off doors-windows, AC, fans, lights, etc. of the department.

➡ Ensuring all hospitality to staff, guests, and meeting participants.

➡ Receiving letters/documents and goods from the reception center/store and delivering them to the destination.

➡ Serving food during meals.

➡ Ensuring cleanliness in the duty area.

➡ Cleaning the office area every morning.

➡ Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the bathroom area.

➡ Maintaining inventory of office and kitchen equipment.

➡ Shopping for official materials as needed.

➡ Report to the supervisor if there is any anomaly in the office.

➡ Proper performance of duties or responsibilities when assigned as per the needs of the organization.
